New webinar to offer insight on how CommTrac optimises bulk cargo management
(Posted on 27/08/24)
TBA's CommTrac bulk terminal operating system (TOS) optimises non-containerised cargo management. On 19th September, TBA will be hosting a webinar, taking a deep dive into CommTrac, examining its functionality, capabilities, and why it's the IBJ award-winning choice for over 40 bulk and general cargo terminals around the world.
The webinar will be aimed at professionals in the bulk and general cargo sector who are considering adopting a TOS to manage their operations. No pre-existing knowledge or experience of terminal operating systems is required – the hosts will explain through real-world examples the differences a sophisticated TOS can make to your business.
Sales Manager, Mo Dualeh, will present the 45-minute webinar, which will include a Q&A session, giving attendees the chance to ask specific questions.
“This will be a fantastic opportunity to discover how CommTrac optimises non-containerized cargo management,” explains Dualeh. “You might be at a terminal with many manual processes, with 40-50 spreadsheets shared between key stakeholders, or perhaps you have built your own bespoke system that is difficult to maintain and add new features to. Whatever your current situation, you will come away with a great understanding of the difference CommTrac can make to your operation.”
Dualeh will be joined on the webinar by TBA’s Director of Software Development, Chris Hicks. Responsible for the overall development, strategy and success of TBA's TOS, CommTrac, Hicks has significant experience in a wide range of bulk and general cargo applications, he will be on hand to answer specific questions from the audience.
“I’m really looking forward to the webinar,” enthused Hicks. “It’s always good to get in front of potential CommTrac users, explain the benefits of the system, and hear about their real-world requirements.”
