Veson Nautical, a global leader in maritime data and freight management solutions, and Andhika Lines, one of Indonesia’s most established maritime operators, today announced a deal that will see Andhika adopt Veson’s IMOS Platform, an industry-leading solution for commercial freight contract management and voyage execution.
Andhika Lines is one of Indonesia’s leading maritime transportation companies, operating a diversified fleet and delivering high-quality offerings to clients in key sectors including energy, commodities, and bulk shipping.
This move marks a significant milestone in Andhika’s digital transformation journey. By adopting the IMOS Platform, Andhika will consolidate its previously siloed systems for chartering, operations, and finance into a single, integrated environment. The objective: reduced manual processes, improved coordination, and faster, data-driven decision-making across the business.
“As our business evolves, we need systems that reflect the realities we operate in—fast-moving markets, complex voyages, and the unique demands of this region,” said Sylvia Panghuriany, Financial Controller of Andhika Lines. “IMOS will bring greater clarity and cohesion to our operations, empowering our teams to act with speed and confidence.”
The IMOS Platform enables end-to-end visibility across the freight contract and voyage lifecycle—from planning and execution to financial reconciliation—helping Andhika’s commercial teams to work from a unified source of truth.
“We chose Veson’s IMOS Platform because we were looking for a one-platform system that allowed seamless integration across chartering, operations, financials, and analytics,” continued Bu Panghuriany. “We wanted a future-ready platform that also enabled easy integration with other applications that can scale and adapt as we navigate our digital transformation journey.”
The partnership reflects Veson’s continued investment in the Asia-Pacific region and its commitment to delivering maritime solutions tailored to local and regional challenges.
“Engaging with Andhika through the early stages of this partnership has been incredibly constructive,” said Giftson Eliyesar, Director of Commercial Operations, APAC at Veson Nautical. “We aligned around a mutual understanding and a shared vision for smarter maritime operations, and we are thrilled to support their transformation.”
Bradley Jee, Vice President, APAC at Veson Nautical, added: “This is an exciting moment as we begin our journey with Andhika Lines. Their ambition to modernise operations aligns closely with our mission to drive digitalization across the global maritime supply chain.”
With a heritage of innovation and expertise across all maritime related contracts, Veson serves more than 38,000 users across 2,400 companies in more than 100 countries and is uniquely positioned to enable a decision advantage.
