Harry Banga, the Chairman and CEO of the Caravel Group and Kishore Rajvanshy, Managing Director
of Fleet Management Limited, along with other senior executives of FLEET and Caravel Group were present to
host the guests.
Harry Banga said, “At a time when tensions over trade have never been more acute, the importance of relationships based on trust and mutual benefit has never been
greater. Over four decades, I have seen first-hand the level of co-operation and partnership that can be
achieved between and across national boundaries, which has helped us achieve the success we have
witnessed over the last 25 years. By strengthening that partnership and building on the trust that already exists,
utilising the enormous skills we have developed and tapping into the creativity and energy of our educated and
highly motivated youth, we have the opportunity to build a partnership that will make the world a better, safer
place. For our children and their children. Our annual celebrations, and the commemoration of FLEET’s silver
jubilee should be seen in this light.”
Kishore Rajvanshy, Managing Director, Fleet Management Limited, said, “Celebrating our 25th Anniversary
is our small way of saying thank you to our customers and patrons. From 1 to 500+ ships across diverse ship
types, our journey has been completely organic and driven by the passion of hundreds of shore colleagues and
thousands of seafarers, and trust of our clients. We have learnt from each other, grabbed every opportunity we
could, and molded our 25-year success story, step by step.”
The 25th-anniversary finale in Hong Kong marked the epilogue of the string of celebrations that kicked off in
September this year, with the first gala dinner hosted in Cyprus.
