NDE Readymix Concrete Ltd., established in 2009, is the largest non-cement ready-mix concrete producer in Bangladesh and an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. In 2016, the company invested in a 700B Series E-Crane for unloading stone chips and sand, securing the order during the first E-Crane Day held in Bangladesh on 29 October 2016.
Due to land constraints at the time, NDE Readymix resourcefully opted for a pontoon/barge installation. Installation and commissioning of the Model 4317 PD-E were successfully completed on 20 July 2017, and unloading operations commenced immediately.
After nearly nine years of reliable service, NDE Readymix (Mahbub Group) decided in January 2026 to relocate the E-Crane to a new greenfield plant. E-Crane Bangladesh provided the required load data and technical support, enabling NDE Readymix to prepare the new civil foundation.
The E-Crane Bangladesh team successfully dismantled, transported, and re-erected the crane, completing the installation on 18 June 2026. The crane will soon be fully operational at its new location once site is ready, supporting material handling operations with renewed efficiency.
To date, the E-Crane has accumulated an impressive 21,648 operating hours, demonstrating its long-term reliability, durability, and value to NDE Readymix’s operations.
Designed specifically for barge and ship unloading, E?Crane is a proven and trusted solution in many bulk material handling industries. Most dedicated systems for offloading coal, limestone and other bulk materials are costly, inflexible and require an expensive, hard to maintain infrastructure. The versatile, flexible E?Crane® is just the opposite. E?Crane’s modular design and custom solutions make it the ideal equipment for any bulk handling application.
