A table of 10 is £2000 + VAT or €2400 + VAT - Fee includes pre-dinner drinks, 3-course dinner with wine, awards presentation and post-awards party on 19th November 2012.

A single place is £200 + VAT or €240 + VAT - Fee includes pre-dinner drinks, 3-course dinner with wine, awards presentation and post-awards party on 19th November 2012.

All bookings will be confirmed within 5 working days. Please indicate any special requirements, i.e. dietary before 19th October 2012. All cancellations must be made in writing to IBJ. If you cancel after 19th October 2012 no refund will be given, including non-attendance at the Event. Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue or the date of the Event. In the event that this function is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. If the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking. The organiser does not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible Event cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Event organiser will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc. It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform their guest(s) that special effects including strobe lighting maybe used on the night of the Awards.
